Preach the Gospel and Sometimes Use Words

Matthew 7:12 "Treat others the way you would have them treat you: this sums up the law and the prophets."

Customer service driven companies are constantly grading the performance of their associates based on feedback from surveys taken after their product and/or service is delivered. Usually a survey requests the customer to rate their overall level of satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being the lowest and 5 the highest, in several categories. Examples include: courtesy, attitude demonstrated from beginning to end, follow up, product satisfaction and service provider's knowledge and communication skills.

If surveys went out to everyone you came into contact with last week asking them to grade you on: courtesy, attitude, friendliness, kindness and dememanor, how would you rate?

One of the early saints was quoted as saying, "Preach the Gospel and sometimes use words." Let your actions always reflect Christ's influence...at home, at work and in the church.
